Our pet-friendly apartment community treats your pet like family!

Life can be RUFF. Relax in comfort with your furry friend at your side!


Pets welcome upon approval.


  • Maximum 2 pets/home
  • Cats and dogs allowed
  • Pet deposit: $300/home; one-time refundable
  • Monthly pet fee: $35/home
  • Breed restrictions apply; inquire for details
  • Exotic species (hamsters, gerbils, mice, rats, ferrets, rabbits, birds, reptiles) not permitted without written permission from the community manager
  • Fish allowed (maximum tank size: 50 gallons)
