Cats and dogs allowed. $300 pet deposit. Monthly pet rent: $35. Maximum 2 pets per apartment home. Combined weight may not exceed 160 lb. Fish allowed (maximum tank size: 50 gallons). Exotic species (hamsters, gerbils, mice/rats, ferrets, rabbits, birds, reptiles) not permitted without written permission from the community manager.
